Speaker Betsy Williams, Herbalist and author of "Mrs. Thrift's Cupboard" will cook up a storm for us using herbs to transform basic home cooking into a palate awakening experience. Tasting of herb butter, vinegar, mustard, nuts, herb salt, and pestos are included in the lecture.
